High Tea
Step into timeless elegance with friends and family as you enjoy a traditional tiered afternoon tea service featuring chef’s choice of tea sandwiches, almond flour biscuits with clotted cream, croissants, sweet or savory scones with The Preservatory jam, and a selection of our favorite pastries.
Our tea parties are held monthly on Saturday or Sunday afternoons, with date announcements via social media, our website, as well as by email for those receiving our monthly event newsletter. Reservations are required at a minimum of 48 hours in advance for parties sized 1-5. Larger parties and groups with particular requests should call for accommodations. The entire menu is plant-based. Gluten-free service is also available.
Private parties of 10 or more may request additional dates and times. We cater to bridal parties, baby showers, birthdays, and special occasions. Our tea room seats 40-50 maximum capacity. Our front dining room seats 50, with 16 additional bar seating options. We offer 4 tables of patio seating for party sizes of 2-4.
Costs are $65 per adult and $35 per child plus tax and 20% gratuity which is all-inclusive for food and beverages except alcohol. Wine, champagne, and cocktails are offered. There is no charge for infants who are accompanying adults, although notification is required to ensure proper table assignment for your comfort.
A credit card is required for the table reservation, and cancellations within 48 hours for small parties cannot be refunded. Parties of 6+ require 7 days’ notice for cancellations. Venue rentals of the entire space have separate terms and conditions.
